Yes — compatible LiftMaster and Chamberlain openers integrate with Amazon Key for In-Garage Delivery. Amazon couriers can safely place packages inside your garage while you monitor the visit in real time through the camera.

Most smart opener installations take between 2 and 4 hours, including mounting, wiring, Wi-Fi setup, and myQ app configuration. We complete and test everything before we leave.

Yes. Removal and disposal of your existing opener is included as part of our installation service at no extra charge.

Yes. LiftMaster and Chamberlain smart openers are backward compatible with most standard remote controls and wall buttons. You can continue using your existing remote alongside the app.

Yes. Your existing wall button remains fully functional after installation. We can also upgrade to a smart wall control panel that shows door status and includes a motion-activated LED light.

Standard radio (remote control) range is approximately 50–100 feet. Smart app control via Wi-Fi has no range limit — you can operate your door from anywhere with an internet connection.

No. The camera records motion-triggered clips rather than continuous video. Recordings are stored in the cloud with a myQ Home subscription. Live streaming is available any time through the app.

Yes. The myQ app includes an auto-close feature that can close your garage door automatically after a set time (for example, if it has been open for more than 10 minutes). You can also schedule automatic closing at a specific time each day.
